First things first – let’s talk about the ice cream and custard. Wow! It’s nothing short of spectacular! Each scoop is a creamy, dreamy delight bursting with flavor. Whether you’re indulging in rich chocolate or the tropical hints of coconut, every bite was a sweet, refreshing adventure! I had to indulge with a scoop of mint chip with a scoop of Heath bar. And don’t even get me started on the custard – it’s like a velvety cloud of deliciousness that melts in your mouth. My wife got the Italian ice made with vanilla custard and orange Italian ice.

Now onto the atmosphere – Conch Custard is such a beautiful little spot! The vibrant colors, charming decor, and lovely outdoor seating create a perfect tropical vibe that makes you feel right at home. It’s the ideal place to relax and enjoy your treat while soaking in the stunning views of the Florida Keys. 🌞🍧

But what truly sets this place apart is the wonderful owners and their fantastic staff. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They truly make you feel like part of the family! It’s clear that they are passionate about what they do and their love for ice cream and custard shines through in every scoop and smile.

I recently went to this place, to be exact on Tuesday I witnessed the most horrible treatment from the owner to one of the employees, because of something they had no control over, honestly if I could rate the treatment from the owners to the employees I would rate it a -1, start treating your employees better not only because most are minors, but because of them your business is what it is.

Response: I’m glad you recalled the exact moment, and to the public, this is a REAL REVIEW, let me elaborate when I said horrible treatment I referred to the way you handled the situation, because of the ice cream scoop that did not meet the quality standards of your establishment, you interacted with the employee in a harsh manner. And I understand that theirs quality standards for an establishment but there is also respectful ways to handle situations. I’ll rephrase my sentence: “in a very unprofessional manner”. The main reason I wrote this review is because of the way you handled the situation and I could see in the employees face that they felt disheartened with the way you responded to them. I’m responding through the review section so the public sees my respond, not only is this a real review, I hope it’s a message to others that theirs always a respectful way to responding not only to your employees but to the people surrounding you as it can have an impact on that persons day and life. This new ice cream development is the best one in Marathon FL. We have been coming to Marathon for a few years now, and we always had ice cream in another place on the island. However, this time I wanted to try something new so after I had found this new place, we went there right away. And let me tell you this: I will never go anywhere else on the island to have ice cream. This place is amazing and their ice cream is beyond delicious. The flavors are real and you can see particles of real fruit and coconut in them. They don't taste artificial and the best thing is that they are making them in the back of the store so they are homemade and you can really taste it.
