BE AWARE OF RETURN POLICY AND WHAT THEIR SHELF PRICING READS AS IT IS FALSE. Not a bad place, they have what you need for your car. However, be careful with returns and what the prices of the items in the store read. I paid $50 for a can of A/C Pro when it said $34.99 on the shelf. Thereβs some kind of sign up process where they will refund you the $15 online I guess which I have never seen or heard of before. Then I try to use the A/C Pro on my vehicle in the parking lot. The indicator reads βsee instructions manualβ which ended up meaning I did not need the A/C pro. So I go inside with receipt to return the product but because I opened the directions on the can I guess I voided the return. That in itself just doesnβt make sense. Small businesses like this should take more care and consideration for the consumer and let them return things when I literally brought it back in excellent condition after I paid for it. We rolled in with a bad alternator and waited for the 7 a.m. open when Beth not only helped me find the part but added I'd need to charge my battery and handled that for me and lent me a few needed tools while I removed the core. Waldo stopped by time-to-time just to see how things were going and share Chevy van stories. Extraction complete, we walked to Circle K and waited for our 2 p.m. alternator arrival which was perfectly on time. It took just minutes to install, and by 2:30ish we were able to continue our vacation. THANK YOU BETH, WALDO! Along with the unnamed kind strangers who gave us a jump up at Robbie's Marina. We stopped into the store in hopes we could find something that would get us by. Without hesitation, one of the employees (Bruce) helped my wife and I well past the typical scope of duty. He researched my vehicle, found the part, and gave us every bit of information he could. Just when you think customer service doesnβt exist anymore- Bruce sets the example well for the other employees. Iβm not sure if he is a manager but should definitely be.
