Salem's Jewelry — Attraction in Marble Falls

Standing at the check out and smiling that you were not able to screw us over. We found a beautiful wedding band that was for $915 originally when we decided on it. When we were getting ready to check out this blonde woman (was told her name is Carrie) who works at Salems in Marble Falls TX came up with a smug grind and an attitude stating she could sell us the ring for $1800. We looked confused with the other sale associate who said “no, it’s $915”. She proceeded to say “it’s $1915, the 1 was not eligible”. You can clearly see SHE WROTE OVER THE $ sign to make $1915 fit and only the 19 was fresh lol wow.. Screw you Carrie, you just cost Salems customers (who have always purchased here in the past) for life and I will never refer...

I went into Salem's jewelry only to get a diamond I had added on to another ring that I had. The two people that had helped me were very very nice and very helpful! Then I met another gentleman who worked behind the counter when I went to pick up my new ring. He was very very nice, helpful and even very funny!! He had an awesome sense of humor! Lo and behold I was talking to Mr Salem himself, the owner! So what I'm actually trying to say, is no matter how small or big of a purchase you make here, they treat you like 'gold'! HaHa...(or Silver is what I like!) No...

I tasked them with repairing my deceased father’s ring, that another (unnamed jeweler) previously attempted to repair and failed. The staff at Salems was wonderful and very helpful. I couldn’t be happier with the results of the ring. They took the time to match the stones and now it looks almost exactly how I remember it when my father had it. I highly suggest these guys. Awesome work! You now have another life long customer as I will definitely choose this place first for any jewelry...
