I went into care Repair in Howell the other day. I was greeted by Regan who was so courteous + professional. I had originally spoken to Alex on the phone who advised me to come in so they could address my problem with my phone. He was also very courteous. When I explained my phone problem with Regan she immediately went thru the steps to find out what was wrong. I couldn't believe how fast + knowledgeable she was. They landed up ordering a new battery but unfortunately that wasn't the problem so there was no charge for the battery. They explained to me the phone could not be fixed so I had purchased another Walmart phone from Total Wireless for the back up so I could have a phone rather than be without one. I took the new phone in + Regan helped me get that phone up + running. There was also another phone I had ordered from Sprint that came in the mail + so I took that one in when I went to pick up the broken phone. Once again Regan helped me with that one! She was able to get my pictures transferred from Google which was such a big relief. Then she asked me if I would like a custom vinyl shield to go over the front screen of the phone rather than the delicate glass ones which, as you know, can be a pain to put on your phone screen. So they make them custom made for your phone + attach them to your phone screen...while u wait! Logan made a new custom screen for both of my new phones + did an excellent job! Amazing! I was just amazed + happy with how attentive + knowledgeable Regan is. She was such a wonderful " miracle worker" + I HIGHLY recommend her + the iCare cell phone repair store to everyone who wants a fast + great job done. I am so happy to have iCare Repair as my "go to" cell phone repair store. Thanks to Regan for all your wonderful help + also to Logan for the great job on my custom made phone screen + to Alex for recommending I come in. A+++++ Thank you so...
Read moreI'm leaving this review in hopes of finally hearing from the owner of this company. My daughters ipad has been with the company since October 25th. Here is an email I sent explaining my experience. It is now almost 2 months later and still no time when her ipad will be ready or no contact from the owner. Hello, I'm trying to contact the owner of the company. As, I dropped my daughters ipad off on October 25th for a what I thought was a simple screen replacement. Everything was working the screen was just broken. I was told in a day or 2 it would be fixed. I contacted the store on October 28th to be told that the button or something was broken while they was repairing the screen. Was told within a day or 2 they had to wait for a certain employee to be in to have that fixed. Which was upsetting that nobody felt the need to contact me and keep me updated. Then a couple days later I was told now the iPad won't charge. Called again to see what was the next steps cause it had to be looked at. On November 2nd when I called once again after being told someone would contact me I was told that something got messed up with the charging part during the screen replacement. Was stated that it now needed to be sent off for a month that someone would contact me in 3 weeks though cause it should ship back in around that time. At this point I asked for a manager or owner to contact me which I was told they would. Never heard from anyone. Called on December 5th left a message no call back. Called today December 7th to be told that they can't give me a estimate time on when it will be fixed. I asked what is wrong with it now was told by the person I was talking to that they didn't know. But, that they would call me to let me know as soon as there was an estimate time. I asked to speak with the owner again and was given this email and told the owner would for sure be in contact...
Read moreDropped off our game system on Monday and told it would be done by Wednesday (screen was loose and needed adhesive). Called Friday when we hadn’t heard from them and told it was done and ready for pickup. I wasn’t able to make it out Friday and planned to stop in Saturday morning. I got a call Saturday morning saying they had forgotten to put some screws back in and we could come back and they would fix it. I had to tell them we hadn’t even picked it up yet. We went in Saturday after the phone call to pick up and the screen wouldn’t turn on. We were told they were going to take it apart and see if the screen became disconnected and we would hear from them in a few hours. We called back around three pm after not hearing from them and told it was still being worked on. Called back before closing and told they couldn’t fix it and needed to order a new screen and they would replace that at no cost since it was their error that broke/disconnected the screen. Today I get a call that it is done and they just had to reconnect the screen to the board which means they never attempted to fix it Saturday and never ordered a new screen. When we went tonight to pick it up, the original reason we took it in is not fixed properly. We asked for a refund and they said no, that is a minimum charge even though they did not complete our repair properly. After being lied to multiple times and our issue not being fixed, we will not be back. Take your electronics elsewhere...
