Wasnt bad im betting its a very nice fishing spot early morning OR certain times of year some trash and whatnot on the river edge but i guess it couldve been worse 😅 nice for just a in city "nature" walk

I prefer clear waters. However, seems to be a great place for the daily fisher. Good place to walk your dog. Met a wonderful group of people who meet up daily for an outdoor lunch. Very pleasant place.

Seems there is ongoing "destruction " going on at the west side. Overgrown and debris on the walkways. Trash is prevalent . There were a few Shady spots to park was the only plus.

I'm not really sure what to think about this entirely yet since they removed the damn it's more like we have a creek not a river but according to other people the fishing is way better but I just can't see how this is with the water level being way low compared to what it has ever been and the fact that there's hardly any current so ask me in a few months and I'll let you know what my full opinion is on the Mississinewa River and the...

Nice clean park with some decent access to fish from the bank and a public boat launch. Caught a couple decent Large Mouths on my first trip there today and looking forward to going back! If you decide to go, please keep in mind that there are no garage cans there. You need to take you trash with you. Please do so and this place stays clean...

We sometimes grab a lunch from the Hong Kong restaurant and eat @ the park. With the wildlife there is always something interesting to watch at the river & dam. This day there were LOTS of baby geese resting in the sunshine with adults standing watch close by. Plenty of parking is available. Some people enjoy fishing...
