Several years ago, I bought some IOWA pork chops from an IOWA farmer who'd come to the Florida State Fair. It was amazing!! This October 2024, I visited family in Davenport, Iowa and happened upon Evan Family Farm selling their meat at a fall market in downtown Davenport.
