AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Marion

I was looking for help to find information on my fuse box under the hood of my car because it was not labeled what each individual fuse was for when I walked into store to see if i could get some info on the issue I noticed it was very busy which this location on Mt Vernon Road used to be my go to auto parts store not only for there abundance of automotive items but great service ...WELL USE TO BE...... Any way I waited my turn patiently and when I asked for help a female employee seemed a little on the edge and I figured I'd just try to lighten the atmosphere and tried to at least show her I wasn't going to be annoying with a little humor needless to say that didn't work so she followed me out to my car were I finished exsplaing my situation she moreless made me immediately hate the location even with several years of my business with this location or even to this automotive parts house as a whole. She totally showed no need to be working at an automotive store with the incompetence level that she presented and the not even making an attempt to try to find a solution other then tell me to look in my owners manual . As an employee is leaving she flags him over to us and ask if he may know anything about my dilemma he was just as rude if not prolly a little more then she was.Mean while I'm furious so the employee walks off with the chip on his shoulder he approached us with. Even if she had offered a owners repair manual would have been better then what poor work ethic that she showed ....I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN P.S. GUY IN THE DODGE...

Ok folks. Your driving across this beautiful great Nation of ours when all of sudden your Check Engine light comes on, now what? Hey there's an AutoZone they will scan your vehicle and tell you what's wrong for free! I know what your thinkin yeah so what, the lights still on can I still drive to grandma's house?

The advantage is this. You know what's wrong. The repair facility cannot tell you a lie!

They may be able to tell you if it's safe to drive or if you need immediate repairs and again may be able to recommend a repair shop.

Most parts are lifetime free replacement items. When you know exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and you take the needed part [that's barring unforeseen OMG issues] your not paying an added parts...

It is amazing how much difference one person can make for the entire company. Today, we had a major issue with our vehicle's alternator and battery. We were greeted by Mike, Store Manager, and Rich. Mike went above and beyond to help us to replace both the battery and alternator we had. Mike is so kind and considerate -he even called other store to let them know that we were coming to pick up an alternator, provided part number. Our part was ready on the counter when we arrived.
