I can't say enough wonderful things about “T“ from the Marlboro Main Street UPS location. She is by far the most friendly, hard working, and attentive employee I've ever encountered at any UPS location. She truly goes above and beyond every time, making each visit fast, easy, and enjoyable, no matter how many returns I have. My family even jokes that I “shop just for an excuse" to go see “T”. Today, I visited this particular UPS Store that’s located inside a convenience store, and I have to say, it was quite different from what I expected. The setup is unique, blending the convenience of a corner store with the services of a full UPS Store. At first, I was unsure about the arrangement, and I called and spoke to one of the customer service representative because I couldn’t find the place but the space is surprisingly big inside, with plenty of room to handle all the usual shipping and printing needs.
