I was dropping a dirt bike tire off for my brother. When I got there the guy was in the back, and after a second he came out to ask what I needed. I told him I had a tire in my trunk and I assumed he would help me get it inside, and as we were talking the phone rang and he was like, "I have to grab this I'm the only person here" in a very condescending tone, like I expected him to ignore the phone for me. So whatever, I went out for the tire and he followed me, still on the phone, and he stood there and chatted with the other person about nothing of importance, the weather and whatnot, for a good 5 minutes while I stood around outside waiting for him to get done in 40 degree weather. By the time he got off the phone I had just gotten the tire out myself and started rolling it towards the store. He finally got off the phone, grabbed the tire and took it in and I followed. He was like, "Is there something else?" again, very rude. And I replied I needed to leave my brother's name and number with him because my brother told me they didn't have it yet. And he said, "Uh ok," so he grabbed a post-it, asked my brothers name, I told him and I started to spell it for him because his last name is very often misspelled, and after I said about the first 3 letters out of 11 he just started writing whatever he wanted, spelling it wrong and not even pretending to care what I was saying. Then he was like, "Ok bye." I'm assuming since I'm a girl, I look relatively young, I'm small and un-macho, and I'm not a dirt bike repair expert he thought it was ok to just assume I was stupid and treat me as if I were. This was a few months ago and I'm still not going to forget it, and I'll make sure no one I know goes here ever again. As such a small business you'd think they'd take customer service more seriously, but I guess the only thing they take seriously are male customers and pointless...
Read moreDecided to take my quad here per a friends recommendation. Overall spent upwards of $2200 for a new head, timing chain, cams, piston, and labor. After roughly 24 hours of actual run time. (I'm being generous saying 24 hours) it dies at idle. Called them up to see what they could do and was told they have something like a 30 day warranty. It had already been more than 3 months. They told me I could bring it up and they would take a look at it, but I decided to opt out as I didnt want to make the same mistake twice. Upon teardown I found the (new) timing chain had snapped. As it turns out they re-used the original chain tensioner which on my quad is known for problems. After dropping such a large lump of money, I'd expect professionals to know that any new timing chain should also get a new tensioner regardless of it being a known problem or not. There is also the possibility they used a junk chain but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Dont come here for repairs unless you know exactly what your machine needs and state it exactly when you drop it off. You cannot count on them not...
Read moreDo not use this place. Dropped them my four wheeler they diagnosed that i should push it in a lake. Asked for time to find a truck or trailer and they assumed i wouldnt be able to pay the storsge fee so they scrapped it or used it for parts. I typically would not go onto reviews but when i called they were very rude and said they took it to the scrapyard. When i asked how we could make it better because it had sentimental value and they laughed and claimed they called...
