I found this museum informative for the small structure it's in. The history it presents of the area and its use, Camp/Ft. Ritchie is mainly centered around WW2 and the Korean War. However, one wouldn't know it went beyond into the 1990s. They have many books and historical documents for resources and reading while there. None of the other old buildings on campus are open to tour, but they have a map with details for a driving tour of place. Read moreThis is a small but nicely set up museum that tells the story of Camp Ritchie from its founding to its closure and its transformation into the community it is today. A great deal of the museum is dedicated to the famous Ritchie Boys who made up the majority of interrogators in Western Europe and helped win the war. Many were Jewish immigrants who had fled the Holocaust and then signed up to support the war effort against the Nazis.
