Awesome place for kids! Not very crowded either time I took my daughter, but we also went during the week, before lunch time. So much to do, comfortable leather recliners and massage chairs if you want to relax while you wait, but your welcome to set up by the trampolines to watch your child also. Be careful wearing the socks they give you on the cement floor, my daughter slipped a few times, luckily none of her falls were to bad, but with the cement floor, I could see a bad fall happening easily, better to wait and put socks on when your up at the trampolines. Overall really fun time for us all!

Fun activity for the kids to do any time! The open air style building was great for a breeze and a fresh feel to the building. They had a few super trampoline areas and a place to jump off a platform, along with 2 basketball hoops. There was also a cute little toddler area, snack bar, massage chairs, and plenty of couches for adult seating. Friendly staff and average pricing. It is on the smaller side, so my older kids were good with the hour jump.

This place is awesome! We were experiencing a rainy family vacation day and this place exhausted the kid. Best $40 we spent. It’s open air, there’s clean bathrooms and massage chairs. Only snacks and water for sale, so don’t expect to eat super well. Friendly and helpful staff. Happy to have discovered this place.

I paid for 3 kids for an all day pass. I bought snacks at this place for 3 kids. And for the four of us paid for massages in their massage chairs at this place. And paid for jumping socks for the kids. I ordered a large pizza and had it delivered to trampoline park from dominoes. The large pizza looked like a very small medium. We went to sit down for five minutes to eat pizza at one of their plastic table/benches. We were told that we could not eat the pizza anywhere inside, unless we paid $50 to rent the table. They rent them out for birthday parties. However they have at least 20 picnic tables that are just sitting there most of them have no one at all using them. I am still here right now and I see at least eight tables with no one sitting at them. So even after spending all this money here, we had to go out in the parking lot and sit in the car to eat the pizza, then come back in. I'm totally disgusted at the greed and lack of caring at this place. They are totally taking advantage of people, and it sucks! Not to mention.....you wanna sit down and watch the kids at this place? WELL.....they only have three couches to sit on for a warehouse size place, and of course the couches are always taken. If you sit at a plastic table without paying $50 to rent it, they ask you to leave. They have 10 airport style massage chairs you can sit in BUT only if you keep putting money into them. They actually have the chairs rigged so that if you sit down on them and don't put money in them, the chairs have a loud alarm that goes off and continues until you either get out of the chair or have to put money in it again and again just to sit down on one of them. Just totally...

My review has to do with the Owner/Manager of Ultimate Air. Party was great, kids enjoyed it. Confusion with POS system or otherwise, led to overcharges. Overcharges that as of today have been left unresolved. Messages were left, documentation delivered...ZERO RESPONSE. Completely unacceptable to not return a phone call or provide follow up on what you're doing to resolve this matter. When a call is made it's he's the only one that can authorize this or today is I left it on his desk and he had to go out of town for a few days back on Tuesday. This is not something that happened a few days ago, this was 4/23 and to take this long without a response from you and having to listen to the same excuse whenever a call is made, is not the way a customer should ever be treated. Whether or not the transaction shows on your POS you have the documentation. Your front line employees catch the attitude whenever a call is made and it's not fair to them. Word of mouth is still a viable way for me to communicate my disdain and everyone I know...

EDIT: I had to come back and edit this review because I was promptly contacted by the owner and given clear information. We are still really excited about this place, and look forward to the hard opening after the fire inspection. Jump, jump, jump!

This place is NOT open. I saw a friend post a video jumping here a few days ago, and I checked out the website. Hours said open gym at 1pm, so I arrived with extremely excited 7 year old. We walked up to the doors, and there were a bunch of kids jumping.... we were then told it isn’t open to public, only for bday parties. Left with disappointed child. Incredibly lame. Should be clear on your website that you are NOT open yet to avoid very...
