Was on Maui 9/29 Friday night. My daughter order 3 drinks on her app that all had frozen yogurt as one of the ingredients. Of course the app doesn't say or can't tell you that the store, Maui Lani location, doesn't have that ingredient. We go there to pick up our order only to be told they don't have frozen yogurt but they can use oat milk as a replacement. Aah I don't think so. I hate oat milk. My daughter ask for a refund but the employees there don't know how to credit her back because they say it was done on the app. They call their manager who has left the store & on her way home. The manager tells them that she will process the credit once she gets home. How does that work? That's the first time I've heard that they're able to do a credit from their home. Now my daughter sees the charge on her credit card on Tuesday 10/3, but no credit. She tries calling the store several times but no one answers. Today, Wednesday 10/4, she's been calling the store all day but no answer from morning 7am til this evening 545pm. I call 7 times with no answer from 620pm. The phone just rings until it disconnects. But the real problem is that their printed menus and tv menus include strawberries in the acai primo bowl, however, when we noticed that there were no strawberries, we asked the employee about it. She was going to accommodate us but then the manager told her no because it is not offered in Hawaii... even though the menus otherwise... or I could pay $0.50 for the strawberries... that are listed on the menu item. Anyway, very frustrating. Before noticing the missing strawberries, we asked to substitute bananas for blueberries. Read moreI I rdered a small drink prior to going over to Starbucks and getting a drink there, approximately 7 minutes. There was only me and one other person there at Jamba Juice with orders. Came back in hopes of grabbing it and running off to work only to find it hadnt even been started yet. The 2 people working move incredibly slow without any thought to the people trying to get to work. Very frustrating to see such lack of urgency.
