For most part service is fine and timing is good, but there have been 2 incidents that has happened to me over a course of 6 months that cannot be ignored. I am an employee of Starbucks as well so this is why I gave them leniency before I decided to write a review. Employee Mika, gave me the most disgusting attitude when I drove up to the window to order because no one acknowledged me at the order screen. I waited there for 10 minutes and had no one say anything at all. When I got to the window she didnât greet me she just said âWhat did you order?â I politely told her âI didnt get a chance to order yetâ and she replied with âOk, why not?â At that point I didnât even bother to explain âwhy notâ because if your customer hasnât ordered you donât ask them that, you just take their order. Tonight at 6:38 pm, Employee Kristal also gave me attitude. I ordered a Venti Strawberry açaĂ and a Grande Matcha Green Tea frappe. Normally, I get my total at the ordering screen but she told me she would give it to me at the window so I pulled forward. When I got to the window she did repeat the order and she did say Grande Strawberry açaĂ and I did say it was correct, but I was not paying attention fully. So when she gave me a Grande I told her that I ordered a venti. So yes, itâs partially my fault but what happens next is unacceptable. She says âThatâs why I confirmed it with you!â And gives me a dirty look and starts to make a new one. Then when she hands me the drink she said âby the way you only paid for a Grande.â So I told her I can pay for a Venti and she says âno, youâre good for tonightâ and walks away.    Read moreEveryone here is very nice and friendly. I've never had an issue with service or them ever messing up an order and everything is usually pretty quick. No ridiculous waits at the drive thru. But, they're always "out of" specialty or seasonal drink stuff. They didn't have pumpkin spice all fall, couldn't make a lot of the Holiday drinks around Christmas, and never have the new or temporary drinks. I think they just don't want to order the stuff or bother with it. It's unfortunate because this is the closest one to my house. Itâs like a bunch of teenagers playing together, not paying attention to customers. I stood waiting for acknowledgment but they were busy chatting and giving the middle finger to each other, in front of me even, instead of servicing customers.
