The worst experience my family had in Maui. We arrived on Saturday, July 12th around 1:00 pm. I accidentally passed the Entrance, as it was our first time exploring the area. The lady came and told me that I had to U-turn and go back to the street to enter the Entrance door, as I entered the exit path. I apologised and told her that it was my first time and I missed the entrance. I asked her to park on the available parking spot that was in front of me. She said that I could not and had to go and make the U- turn. I asked her why I could not park there, however, only response was that I could and if I would not go back and make the U-turn she would refuse to provide the service of letting me park my car. I told her that it would put my family in danger to make that U/turn, but since she was talking impolitely and loudly, and since I had my mom and my son in the car, I decided to follow her direction and made the U-turn. When I entered the entrance door, another lady who was talking in a more impolite voice and loud, told me that she would not let me park my car, as I had upset the other lady. During the conversation I had with the First Lady, she was sitting there and did not hear me apologising and hearing my conversation. We ended up leaving the place, as my son was scared of behaviour of both. I usually do not leave any reviewed, as I believe people need the money where they work, but I found them unreasonable, particularly it is mentioned on their website that the U- turn is forbidden and the lady asked me to make the U-turn. I want the owner of the place to hear my voice, so no other resident have that horrible experience of getting scared of having conversations with these two ladies and memories of the Maui/ Hawaii. Thank you for responding to my comment! To answer your question, I need to mention that we were already in the property and there was one empty sport right in front of our car. I apologised her and said sorry I missed the entrance. I asked her to let me park on the empty parking spot that was in front of me. The only response I received was that I had to make a U-turn, which was endangering my family and I told her as well. Both ladies acted very impolite and unreasonable. Although I followed their directions and made the U-turn, they still did not let me park my car, although we had driven more than 45 minutes to reach there. When I arrived on the entrance door, the First Lady started smoking and turned her back on us and the other lady started shutting at us. I told her that I needed to talk to her, and she again talked while screaming at us that she did not want to talk to you. I told her that I followed her direction and made the U-turn and why you guys acting like this by not letting parking my car. I need to add all these conversations caused traffic behind the car and caused other cars staying in the road, which I found it endangering other families. By considering, no pleasant start and scarring my son who is young and my mom, I thought the best decision was to leave, which I did. I want the owner of the place to hear my voice, so these ladies learn how to talk reasonable and understanding and be polite with...

We had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. Upon arriving, we were told by an aggressive and rude parking attendant that the lot was full and instructed to park on the street.
When we approached the entrance on foot, another staff member informed us—and another family—that only those parked in the lot could enter. We tried to explain that we were told to park on the street by the attendant, but were dismissed. I was told flat out that I was lying, which was incredibly offensive.
A woman named Tulsi came out and instead of trying to de-escalate the situation, she was confrontational and dismissive. We were asked to leave and return later. On our way back to the car, we spoke to other visitors who shared they were also told to park on the street. Still, no one working there would acknowledge the mistake or take responsibility.
We came back 90 minutes later to a parking lot that was clearly not full. I tried to express how upsetting the earlier treatment was—especially being called a liar in front of my two young children. Rather than apologizing or attempting to make things right, Tulsi called over the same attendant, and they both insisted they had done nothing wrong. We were told again that we weren’t welcome and told to leave. We weren’t allowed to park.
As a family who traveled to Maui with young children and was genuinely looking forward to this experience, we were deeply hurt and shocked by how we were treated. There was no kindness, no hospitality—just blame, denial, and unnecessary hostility. We left and will never return.
It’s incredibly disappointing that such unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior is allowed, especially in a place that relies so heavily on tourism. Unfortunately, this incident now overshadows what should have been a beautiful memory, and it’s what I will share anytime someone asks me about our time on the...

Now the bad part- $10 parking is fine. If you charge money, then you need manage people as well. There were so many people sitting in the shade smoking weed, and few others that were vaping, then there was local couple with black tattoo all over her face that turned on untasteful music and it was blasting loud. Their two dogs were going crazy in the water, and guy was smoking right next to children. This couple may be there often but for most people it is once in a life time thing, and they completely ruined it. I spoke to the parking attendant, then the manager came and talked to them and the music was still blasting while she was just chatting with them, and they were back to smoking once she left.
One other person spoke to the parking attendant and nothing happened. I had to sit there for 2 hours listening to the blasting music and I left. You should not be charging money, if you cannot manage low class people ruining your dream vacation._ I am not quite sure why the response says we do not allow any drugs (smoking?), no dogs without leash, reach out via email, we take this seriously, we apologize-- two people complained, the manager came and did NOTHING other than chatting with them. The music was blasting loud when she was chatting with them. If the manager does not do anything while things are going on, then what can you do via email? The response makes it sound like things were happening and nobody reported it and management did not know about it but you will take action next time. That is clearly not the case. The manager came and did absolutely nothing but chatting then left, so no, it is obvious you do not take...
