Sky zone is a fun place to go for an hour or so, but i am writing this specifically for a bday party experience. I paid for the top level package for 25 children. My cost was over $700. I was told my party would go from 11 to 1:15 and our jump time was 11:30 to 12:30. We asked everyone to get there 10 minutes early, only to be informed we could not be in the room until after our jump time. Good thing we were there early though because it took the staff 40 minutes to check us in. By staff, I mean the one girl that they had working the party register. I would not have been upset by this but they have 3 birthday parties going on at the same time, and behind the general counter there were four employees standing back there laughing waiting on nobody. The party counter had a second machine somebody could have used but they chose not to. Finally about a half hour into jump time the children started saying that they were thirsty. I paid for unlimited beverages to come with our package. I asked if I would be able to have a pitcher of water and some cups and was told absolutely not you had to wait until your jump Was over. If I want water I would have to go up to the counter and pay $3 per bottle of water. After speaking to the manager she did permit me one piture of water to split among 25 very thirsty children. The attendant in our room actually was counting down and will not allow any of the children to touch the pitcher of Pop or the pizza until 12:30 on the dot, not 12:29, 12:30. We had the room until 1:15. At 1pm the staff came in and started throwing out all the pizza and pop. I said we had the room until 1:15, they said sorry, continued taking our stuff and left. Finally we gave up and left. Since we were not allowed in the room ahead of time, we had 45 minutes for cake and pizza. My son wasnt even able to open his gifts in front of his friends. And technically since they threw all our stuff out, we only had 30 minutes in the room. On the way out the manager could tell i was upset about the whole experience and gave us passes to come back. I will be calling to discuss my issues on monday, i didn't want to ruin my sons bday further by discussing it then, but i hope this review warns enough people to not waste your money here until they can make some...
Read moreI wish I could give this zero stars. I took my twin 2 year olds and my 10 year old. This was our first trip to sky zone as a family. We met other members of our extended family there as well. My daughter was disappointed that she could not jump with her cousin who was 2 years older and couldn't stay with us and jump where we were told the toddlers were. Even though the 3 kids in our party were the only ones on that side. She was very upset and didn't want to jump alone. To make matters worse, the 16 year old kid supervising the area continued to come over and yell at my children for playing together on a trampoline. They are 2! They arent even able to jump, they just wanted to enjoy running around on the trampolines. After about the 4th time he came over, my husband and I were so stressed out trying to keep them apart and to one trampoline a piece. Our kids were crying because they couldn't play together. My sister went down and complained and got a refund. They told her I would need to go down myself w my receipt. So I went down and waited in line for about 15 minutes to talk to the girl at the register. I told her the issue and that we had a really bad time. She was like no problem. Then a manager guy with a ponytail came over and asked what the problem was. Again I explained. He was very very rude. Instead of apologizing, he said "well, why did u wait till it was almost the end of your jump time?" I was kind of taken aback. I explained I was in line for about 15 minutes. He called the female employee into the back office and they left me standing there for about 5 minutes. He finally came back with a horrible attitude and told her "Just go ahead and give her $20 back" the girl returned $20 of my $50 bill. I went back to the table we were at to meet the rest of my family. I saw the manager come up and talk to multiple employees who were all watching us. It was super uncomfortable and it was clear that they expected us to leave. It was all around awful and we will not...
Read moreProbably a 3.5 start review TBH! Nice place, nice pricing but we did hit a few snags. The online waiver system is flawed, but we like Skyzone so we deal with it (still really slows things during your visit when starting on the 1/2 hour). Got that worked out, they let us pay til 8pm (no word of anything going on past 8pm). We went back up to pay for another 30 minutes each.....were told it was now Glow time and that the kids would each need to purchase a $5 t shirt. Now the $12 for 3 kids to jump an extra 1/2 hour (90 minutes is our usual) was up to $27 with the t shirts they'd need. Decided, what the heck! Get a t shirt kids! Wrong...they were then told "you need to purchase a Glow Shirt AND pay for a minimum of 1 hour more jump time (which would've pushed us to $39 to stay for another hour.....which we really didn't want to do anyway). In the end, they literally turned down our $27 lol.....we left and enjoyed some laughs and dinner at Ralphie's down the road. The Toledo Sky Zone is set up much different than our usual Skyline in Westlake. Rather than put down the new layout we'll simply say we definitely prefer the layout in Westlake to the one in Toledo. All said, 4 stars....nice people and good pricing (but we just couldn't understand why they'd cut the kids off and turn down our $$ (after not having explained any of that when we started). Que sera sera....but I like writing reviews and felt...
