Always a fun creative experience. This last time we went for a child's birthday party. It was fun, short, and sweet. Each child made 2 magnets as a take home gift (just to make note: they do not take their glass pieces home that day. They have to be baked in their oven and picked up at a later date). I am always amazed at the creativity with items and objects you can make with glass when I go there. They also have a gift shop where you can buy unique items. Also, I feel the staff does very well with children and letting them safely work with glass. An absolute MUST for kids of all ages! So glad I planned for us to do this while we were in the Toledo area, especially since Toledo is known as the “Glass City”. Not only was it a blast but we have a super cool souvenir reminding us of the great time we had as a family together making art. The artists here are so fabulously helpful, there are tons of projects to choose from no matter your talent level (from coasters to ice cream cones to metal art pieces with glass… the list goes on and on). This place is super cool! We went for a walk-in on Sunday around 1 PM and it wasn’t too busy. The employees are friendly. We had a lot of fun creating our glass pieces and are excited to see how they turn out! I’ve never done anything like this before so it was a unique experience. It’s an awesome place to go for a date night activity! I created a flower/propagation wall vase and my partner made an Ohio state wall tile. They have many new and fun workshops and classes, or you can always just walk in and choose one of their “lil chips” projects which is what we did.
