Unbelievable. We went to make a purchase for a vanity Friday evening, paid for it in cash. Sales person mentioned discount for purchasing with cash. Invoice stated no discount. However, that's the least of our horrible experience. We drove back home to La Feria from McAllen. Took vanity out of box to start assembling and entire glass top of vanity is missing. Called next morning about missing glass and shelves not aligning correctly. Manager states "ok come back and we'll give you display." No sir we're not paying cash for a display. He then states ok well come pick up another one. There we go back to McAllen from La Feria to pick up another. Get home start assembling new vanity and oh my goodness the entire leg for vanity is missing. Are you serious?! We called back and manager states "well we don't have anymore, wait till Monday." Hell no get the leg from other vanity and there we go again to McAllen. Mind you they have delivery services and not once did they offer to come get uncomplete vanity and drop off complete one. If not the first time you would think most definitely the second time they got something wrong they would offer delivery. I get that this could have very well been a manufacturing error, however when and at what point did we really get help. I've been in management and so has my husband and we would have most definitely gone out of our way to fix this. We would have delivered complete vanity, maybe even said you guys pick out an office chair on us or let me give you a discount for the entire inconvenience. This was unfortunate. Horrible customer service and no value or respect for the customer. Shame on McAllen...
Read moreI put a BLK dresser drawer with a mirror sliding door "Really nice" on layaway I had 3 months to pay for it which I did @ the time I asked about delivery bcause I have a small car & was told $30. I thought I could borrow a truck so I said id b back to pick It up but took a while. When i finally went back I meet with a So-called "manager" named RAY he tells me he was gonna go look for it in the warehouse so I wait a while & when he does come back tells me he can't find it but that he was still looking for it. I wait a little longer he then comes & shows me a picture of a dresser in bubble wrap & tells me that it was the only one he could find. Since I recognize it I say yes its like mine he then says ok let me get back with you & later comes back & tells me " I'm gonna b honest with u ",but i don't have it but I'm trying to help u so if u want to look for something else. I was so DISAPPOINTED bcause how can something already paid for disappear. I didn't want to look for anything @ that time so he offered a refund & the only reason I took it is because I just wanted to get out of there b for I would start an argument bcause of the whole situation.
