Delivered wrong furniture and when I asked about box beds they said "regardless of who you are we don't have any" a simple "we don't have any at the moment" would of been fine THANKS. The math didn’t add up. It went from one price to another. Only mentioned the application fee. Didn’t mention the other fees. En Febrero 2021 compramos una recamara . Le pedimos ala muebleria Ramirez que la guardaran en bodega mientras nuestra casa estaba en construccion y ellos dijeron que estaba bien que les avisaramos 2 semanas antes para asegurarse de que si la hiban a tener si no para ordenarla y tenerla a tiempo y ahora que quisimos que hicieran la entrega no quisieron porque no teniamos al recivo original de ellos y esa fue su excusa para no entregarnos nada ni siquiera algo del mismo valor les mostramos los recivos donde la recamara se estuvo pagando con la financeria pero tampoco lo aceptaron. Mi esposo tuvo que llamar al banco y haber si se resuelve pero tenemos que esperar 90 dias y ellos no coperaron para resolver la situacion mas rapido. Aviso para que tengan cuidado si apartan algo con ellos y lo pagan guarden su recivo porque no les entregan nada despues y esa es su excusa aunque no es valida porque ellos tambien deben tener record de los separos que venden se supone. tuvieron el descaro de mandarle una carta al banco diciendo que ya se habia entregado la recamara cuando ellos mismos nos dijeron que no nos darian nada y claro no nos entregaron nada. Despues levantamos reporte por fraude ala policia pero no le dieron seguimiento. Nunca nos mostraron un proof of delivery porque no la tenian jamas entregaron nada. La carta que mandaron era solo para que el banco no nos regresara el dinero....
