On bike it didn’t take too long to finish the loop and I was able to stop and drink in the view. There’s great signage and I mostly knew where I should be turning to continue.
There was one spot where I was confused and had to stop and look at a map and it’s right before the loop enters next to the road. That part wasn’t bad since I was on a bike so it was over pretty quickly, but I did doubt for a little if I was going the right way since it was a very industrial area.

I don't think the full loop is really worth the effort. On the west side scenery is dominated by industry, on the east side you get the water treatment plant. Stick to the bridge on the north side of the loop and you'll experience the best part...
