Glass Nickel Pizza Co. – Neenah/Menasha — Restaurant in Menasha

Horrible experience. First, we ordered online, where the name of one of our items was 'cream cheese poppers'. Nowhere did it say jalepeno, buy when I bit into it, sure enough there it was. We went back, and got motz sticks instead. As soon as we left, I tried our other side, which was supposed to be Gouda Mac n cheese bites. Nope, it was jalepeno corn bites. After we waited another 3 minutes to get the correct side, we finally made it home and started eating. The entire middle of our pizza was RAW, as in cold dough! I called to get a refund and the manager, Alex, and after I explained everything, he offered me a credit to the store. I told him I wouldn't be back, so I wanted a refund. Both of our sides and the pizza were wrong. He told me that since we did eventually get the right sides and we also bought a stomboli (10$, rip off anyway) he would only refund the pizza. Horrible customer service, rip off pricing, and food that could make you sick. I have worked in restaurants, and undercooked food is a HUGE deal, but Alex simply said 'its not cooked? Oh I'm sorry, I've never heard of that'. Never heard of undercooked pizza? It must be his first day alive.

Edit, 20 minutes later: my mom just tried to eat the stromboli. I say tried because it was (surprise!) undercooked! Not AS raw as the pizza, as the top crust was fine. The bottom side though? Gooey and disgusting. So that's 0 out of 4 items correct/edible. I'm not even going to bother calling back, since they were unhelpful and argumentative...

I ordered a 10 inch pepperoni pizza and the Popeye salad and let me tell you although the people there were nice they were playing heavy metal rock music was okay cuz I listen to all kinds of music but the pepperoni was very short of pepperoni if you going to put the pepperoni pizza at least put pepperoni on it I figured it were six slices two slices had of 0 pepperoni and some had three but it really was not a lot pepperoni and the Popeye salad it was something that I wanted to try cuz I thought it would be different it had supposed to have feta cheese very little feta cheese tons of onions though if you like onions anyway I got sick through the night I was up all night in the bathroom it was the only thing I ate throughout the entire day I thought this place to be different but I guess I was wrong so I just figured I'd let people know the quantity of the salad was not that great it was small and it was in a box like a Chinese takeout box kind of weird but anyway hopefully this is helpful also they're pretty expensive just for a little tiny handful of rabbit food and a small pizza with $16.75 I just ordered pizza from another Pizza Company and didn't pay $10 and had two pizzas and it was loaded with pepperoni so they're pretty expensive and needless to say I will not be coming back here to eat...
