I'm no expert with computer repair, but I am far and away from a novice, having built 3 of my own rigs in the last 15 years.
That said, I paid a premium to save myself the time and hassle to rebuild my last computer. The returned product had the CPU fan plugged into the wrong power port which produced a boot up error from the get go.
Then, to make matters worse after having to repair that myself, two of the hard drives weren't even plugged into the motherboard. I called and was told i was informed of that fact, but i most certainly was not told this as it is very important information that I could not forget. I wonder what I was paying for now.

I love the fact that I talk right to the person who will be doing the work and not some geek who may or may not transfer the info properly causing another repair (at my expense but mostly my inconvenience). Matt was very helpful and advised that no matter where I got my computer restored that I should consider upgrading to Windows 11 because of updating issues.
