For a company that nearly every human being in the world has an account, Facebook has ZERO customer service mor customer service available. Even when reporting a Facebook account being hacked you're not able to explain or give details in your own words as you can only choose 1 of the options they give & can't type additional CRUTIAL INFORMATION that matters as far as what the hacker has fraudulently done on the hacked account, such as identity theft, fraud, scams that include purposely stealing other people's money by selling things on the accounts they hack where the victims don't even actually receive anything for their money and the hacker in turn gets away with blatant, flat out thievery! Not to mention that when accounts are hacked Facebook does absolutely NOTHING. They don't close down the account that's been hacked, they don't delete the account that's been hacked, they do not pursue the person or people who are hacking thousands and thousands of innocent Facebook users accounts and are committing fraud and theft and God knows what others serious crimes against Facebook users! Also I've noticed that hundreds of people from Israel have posted in the review section but they're not posting reviews for Facebook AT ALL, They're reviews are like personal commercials, videos performing & singing, pictures of themselves & their businesses. ANY OTHER BUSINESS THAT HAD A SECTION FOR REVIEWS WOULD BE DELETING THESE ABSURD POSTS FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT EVEN LEAVING REVIEWS WHATSOEVER!! They say NOTHING about Facebook! I read one that's not a review, they say you should visit here and see all of the great things that they have for their employees, a free place to eat 3 times a day, 6 months pregnancy leave for their employees, they have great benefits for their employees It's amazing, these things being said I'd like to know what their employees are actually getting paid for because it sure isn't to maintain any form of acceptable customer service or customer assistance or solving issues with thousands of Facebook users accounts getting hacked. I have personally reported so many hacked accounts that I can't even count them. Never has Facebook responded in any way whatsoever, never have they confirmed or acknowledged the receipt of my report, nor have they ever done anything to resolve accounts that have been hacked. They continue to allow these Hackers to post fraudulent things on hacked accounts where it's more than obvious it is not the owner of the account because of the unbelievable things these hackers are posting, continuing to steal from THOUSANDS of people!! Hackers access ALL our personal information. Our home address, our children's schools, phone #s, social security #s, credit cards, BANK Accts, emails, all private & public photos. The hackers are allowed to access EXTREMELY VITAL & SERIOUSLY PRIVATE INFORMATION & can cause financial devastation! ALSO, HACKERS access our messenger, where private messages & personal conversations with family, friends, business associates etc are saved in Messenger accounts & these hackers literally are able to see private, intimate messages that aren't meant for others to read EVER! Personal details of our life that we think are secure as it should be with the #1 social media company in the WORLD! Messenger & FB app SHOULD BE 100% HACK PROOF with the technology we have available today! What's worse is these HACKERS are allowed to keep the hacked FB accounts! I did not violate any of the community guidelines or any violations that go against your terms and conditions. These accounts were made a long time ago until now being used for personal/work/business/ and school purposes. Over 30 days have passed since my Instagram and Facebook accounts were hacked.... Facebook disabled my account and I was able to secure my Instagram account but it isnt connected to the facebook account...

I emailed support@fb, disabled@fb, and appeals@fb.... Multiple times... I even contacted Meta support which is legally obligated to provide an agent since it is for paid products... well guess what? They couldnt do anything, even after practically begging to speak to higher ups after i waited over a month for a response.

Now Im just watching the days go by as my account with well over a decade of memories on it is locked away by a complete lack...
