Kelly Park — Attraction in Menlo Park

Poorly designed park, no one goes here.it’s Sunday 2pm, a gorgeous day, and not a single person here.

No way to get to the tennis courts without jumping a concrete barrier and then walking through the soccer field.

Lock boxes to the pickle all court us broken.

Pickle ball court does not take online reservations and instead asks you to call. When you call, no one picks up the phone.

The park is right next to 101. It’s incredibly loud and you can’t hear what your team mates are trying to say.

The rental of the center is 189 an hour. It wasn't cleaned from a prior engagement and the janitor kept going In the kitchen around our food! This caused a delay and they wanted to charge me another 2 hours for the delay! The restroom was shared between two events but the wanted us to clean it! I went to play pickleball with a friend, and there are 4 courts to play in. The upkeep is well done, making my visit very enjoyable.

This park is intended for sports, which makes it less leisure strolling friendly as there are no trees nor shades on walking paths.
