Pine Ridge Park — Attraction in Merrifield

Great park for sports only! There are no playgrounds here. Soccer fields, baseball fields, and porty johns only. There are a second set of really nice turf soccer fields on the other side of the gravel parking lot. One star removed because the gravel parking lot sucks. Don't bring your nice car here. It is not dog friendly, and there are no picnic tables.

Lovely public park with multiple fields for soccer and other sports. There are bleachers in some of the fields. Some have no seating so it’s best to bring your own seats if you need seating to be comfortable. Large parking lot though it gets full when there are multiple games at once. Not sure of the restroom situation as I never had to use one but I don’t recall seeing a restroom. INOVA Fairfax is nearby so there are plenty of public restrooms...

This park has a large community garden with space to be rented and managed by individuals or groups. There are many sports fields here, most of which are lighted. There are not many trails or walking paths. There are no restroom facilities, but the county puts a few portajohns in the park. Some times they are not cleaned.
