The store is well lit, and clean, isles are typical size for the chain, friendly staff, well informed on products and there location for the most part, public restroom was available and clean. Visited the Middleboro location today in search for an area rug. After wrestling a 9 x 12 rug from a rats nest of a bin labled "9x12 area rugs $80" and lugging it to the front counter on my own due to the sales floor being devoid of any help, I was told the rug was $95 dollars and "Sorry, I can't, I just can't" and "someone probably just put it away wrong." as if that's my problem. I absolutely think the new layout is perfect. Only thing I'd improve on is new employee, not all of them just one in particular. Id rather not say anymore dont want to biase anyone. But it just takes this one employee too long to do simple tasks, not an over reaction, took over 45 minutes for a very simple return.
