Tiki Buddha — Restaurant in Middleborough

First and foremost i Do not even give this place a 1 star, it wouldn't let me rate it at a zero. So i visited Tiki Buddha Friday May 3rd. I took my mom here for her 50th bday outing. We brought at least 6-8 guests with us. I first want to start off by saying that this place is VERY unprofessional and rude. Cindy the owner showed no kindness when talking to us, and made us feel unwelcome. However, it was 8pm and I wasn't going to drag my mom and our family to another place. Secondly, the service was horrible. The waitress that served us at one point told me to "be quiet, hold on, I need break!" and walked away for 15 minutes. It took at least 45 minutes from our arrival to even be served our beverages. Then after that another 25 minutes before we could order our food. The waitress came over to take our orders, and told us we had to pay FIRST!! I stated that usually at a restaurant, you eat and then pay. Like the rest of the patrons there that night for dinner were doing. She told me "Pay FIRST or NO meal!!" So we each paid for our orders before her bringing us our food. Mind you, this is not a takeout restaurant. It is a sit down and dine restaurant. While everyone else in this place paid AFTER their meal was finished, we were made to pay before. Then, to top it all off, I gave a low tip because I was completely dissatisfied with our service. I checked my bank info the on Saturday May 4th, and they changed the tip amount i originally gave them, by 5 dollars more. Isn't that illegal?? I was so disappointed with this place. My mom's birthday turned into a disaster because of the rudeness and unprofessional-ism that took place. I do not recommend anyone to ever go there!! I certainly...

I often enjoy meals from Tiki Buddha, finding which dish I like and which dish I dislike. I have only ever had two mishaps with my meals other than that what else can I say? How amazing the chicken teriyaki is? How delicious the house lo-main is? You must try both or you will never know what true happiness will feel like! The atmosphere rating is average, standard seating and atmosphere you would find in any other restaurant. The service staff are always checking in and asking if you need anything. If you want a secret dish order... Try the Sesame chicken but ask for EXTRA CRISPY. You will enjoy this dish.

The chicken wings are also another hidden gem. Trust me...

The host legit said nothing. Looked at us. Walked to our table and put the menus on table in a pile and walked away. Then we walked to the table. The crab rangoons were hard as rock with very little filling compared to most places. The food really didn’t taste all good. My fiancé loves Chinese and gets it from a lot of places and even when I don’t think it is the best meal, she would still like the food, but at tiki Buddha she had to stop eating and told me it really doesn’t taste good at all and it is gross.
