Went midday during the week and walked around for about and hour or so and saw no one, yet it is right in Middlebury near the College.

It's a nice quick easy access trail that leads to a river look out. However, people bring their dogs unleashed and it can cause a few minor problems. The boardwalk itself could use some maintenance or clean up. Other than...
