PlayN Wisconsin — Attraction in Middleton

I just visited PlayN Wisconsin in Middleton a week ago as I was looking for a new grill. I have been using a very nice propane grill for the past several years, but heard about ceramic grills and what a great experience and unparalleled flavor they can offer.

After doing extensive research I decided on the Primo. I arrived at this decision through reviews as well as talking to grilling aficionados that I have met during my quest to find the 'best grill out there'. I really like the features of the Primo as well as the size. Primo offers many options that can be added to really customize how it will cook your meal. The flexibility of the Primo was clear. The Primo ultimately felt more comfortable than other ceramic grills I looked at.

Referring to a Primo as a grill is a bit of a misnomer as I have learned it is so much more. Until my purchase of the Primo I had a gas grill, a charcoal briquette grill and an electric smoker. The Primo does it all. No exaggeration. We have cooked fish, smoked ribs and brisket, chicken and burgers and they all taste simply phenomenal. I wish I knew the difference a good grill could have on how your food tastes!

Working with the staff at PlayN Wisconsin was a pleasure. They took the time to explain all the features of the Primo as well as their personal experiences with the Primo line. They didn't seem distracted and actually seemed as excited about Primo as I was! Nice change of pace compared to what I am used to at the majority of other retailers.

If you are in the market for a grill (and so much more) you owe it to yourself to look at Primo and make sure you talk to the PlayN Wisconsin folks. You won't be...

I bought a ProFormance ProView 554 during March Madness and last weekend, the weather was FINALLY good enough for the PlayN'guys to come out and put it up . . take it from an ordinary customer: Real Deal. My boys can barely make the rim flex, but I'm a little more experienced and I go at it with everything I've got . . I finally have the hoop I had only dreamed of until now.

It co$t a little more than other hoops, but I wasn't going to buy a hoop for my 4 boys - and all their friends - to dunk on just to have it all bent and stooped over after the first weekend. I go at it like college Chris Weber . . not alot of high flyin' . . lets face it: I'm not what I used to be . . I'm satisfied with a steady dose of hard, physical two-handed punishing dunks . . and when it stops shaking, its as true and level as can be and ready for another rep.

Glad I stumbled across the ad, glad I went in and once I saw one up close, it was a done deal. I'm not a gym guy and I finally have my own workout: Shoot some jumpers and free throws and shoot from wherever the ball ends up to get the heart rate up and a good sweat on . . then bring it down to 9' or so and work the core with some power-dunks.

Thank you PlayN - the gang put up with some less than ideal conditions the day they came out to set the base, or should I say, the two trips they made to set the base. Great experience all around. Great product. Great service. Great communication and scheduling. Totally satisfied customer. Worth...

We cannot say enough good things about PlayN Wisconsin! We have attended several birthday parties there and were so impressed with the quality and variety of their inventory. We had wanted to get a play structure and potentially a trampoline for some time for our kids. When we went in this spring during their floor model sale we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered all our questions. We worked primarily with Kade who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We ended up getting a great play structure and with the sale decided to do some add ons for it as well (they can do a wide variety of customizations to their models which is awesome and not something you get everywhere). They were booked pretty far out for install, but managed to squeeze us in in only a few weeks so our daughter could have the swing set for her birthday party! Kade and the install crew were awesome! Above and beyond being super responsive to email, and prompt on delivery! We went back to take advantage of their trampoline sale because we wanted a safer spring free one and we asked for Kade again because he was great to work with! He brought it out of the warehouse and loaded it in our car for us! Even followed up after to ensure it was set! You just don’t see that level of customer service as much these days! Our kids are loving their play structure and trampoline! Thanks again...
