Burger King — Restaurant in Middleton

On their sign a half hour ago when we pulled in it said you can get a $1 ICEE. My grandson ordered it and we decided to order a couple of sandwiches. But on the screen, it said $1.39 for the ICEE. So, I said oops we are looking for the $1 ICEE. She said it's $1.39 with the tax. I asked to talk to the manager. She said she is the manager. So, I tried to educate her explaining that there is not 39 cents sales tax on a dollar anywhere in the USA and that the tax actually gets added after the subtotal. The manager of a BK franchise should know this, right? Her response was that we can just go to another restaurant. I thought about her honest words closely and thought: "This is the Universe warning me to not eat at BK!" So, I've decided to heed this manager's advice and I'm ending my lifetime relationship with BK. I'm gonna miss the original chicken sandwich but only because I have a weird fascination with the grease hitting my mouth when I bite in. I would like to say thanks to the manager of this BK for helping me to make a good, healthy life...

Standard Burger King food. Service in the drive-through is poor. They park you immediately and slowly prepare food. It's been 50-50 odds that your order is correct.

Update: Now a one-star review. I gave this place a second chance. I don't mind waiting for food. I'm not impatient. I am many things, but I am not a liar. That is not what I am about. When you are the only customer in queue and have already been waiting 5-10 minutes after you order, I do not understand the need for you to park. Today, I was told that it was "the rules" because my hashbrowns were cooking fresh. Only I didn't order hashbrowns. Then I was told that I ordered a lunch item, but all of my items were on the breakfast menu. Then, finally, the truth, they have a timer that they need to press when the order has been handed off. I stated that I didn't have my order. I will not participate in fraud for your store, sorry. Avoid...

For a fast food place they’re surprisingly fast. I ordered in the app from the parking lot to save a couple dollars. The app said to sit down and wait for them to call your name when the food was ready. I was watching and somebody who ordered after me got their food so I went to the counter and asked about my order, they stated they don’t have the app so my bag of food just sat there with nobody calling out my name? Anyway my food was waiting and ready they were just waiting for somebody to come to the counter and ask for it. To be clear I was only waiting a few minutes before going to the counter. The burger is definitely better than other fast food options and the fries were fresh. The only reason for 4 stars is because the large onion ring I ordered was soggy annd kinda inedible…everything else was better...
