This beach is enjoyable. The sand is soft and there are a lot of shells to look for. Water temps during our visit were pretty cold. But the water was relatively clear of any seaweed or algae, which was nice. Parking for an out of state visitor was $45 for the day. Limited parking spaces, especially for out of state visitors. There is a private lot for RI visitors. I hadn’t attempted myself, but I overheard other beach goers making comments that the bathrooms are for beach members only, as well as the showers.
