Be careful with any repairs you want to do here. They took 7 months to repair my PS5. Once it was ready they charged me $300 without any warning or explanation of what they were fixing. I paid the $300 took it home and this was an extra PS5 I had so it took around a month or so to even plug it in. Once I did it turned on for about 2-3 minutes and it shut off and it didn’t turn back on. I took it back to retro funk and Dru said that there was any guarantee on this system because of the extent of repairs he had to do. Again they never said anything to me what repairs they have done. To this day I don’t have an idea of what they fixed or didn’t. Well Sonic, he said he would cover the cost for the repairs because apparently now it’s not under warranty anymore. This place is a wonderful throwback to my childhood. It's awesome now I can bring my son and he can enjoy the same games and consoles that I did when I was a kid.
