Clearly the other 3 reviewers either tagged the wrong spot or don't know what their talking about. First of all...the "car lot" is for the cabin and campsites guests, and to get to it you need to get past a LOCKED gate at the top of the driveway/road down from the main road to steep ravine. So, I don't really see how anyone would be going to this beach unless they are staying at steep ravine. You can still go down there as I don't think it's illegal or anything to park across the road where other cars should be parked near the steep ravine trail. You can only park 1 car per cabin/campsite, so from experience I have had friends staying with us at the cabins park up there and I usually would recommend driving up to pick up anyone staying/visiting you because the road from the gate to the actual parking lot is very windy and it's pretty long top. Thus why I was saying I don't see how many people would be at this beach if they weren't staying at steep ravine or had previously been there and liked it or something. Because the little road is pretty long and NOT something I would personally walk. Anywho..I know this spot pretty well as I've been going to the cabins since I was a kid and have stayed there at least maybe a handful of times. It sucks social media has led to it being even harder almost not even possible to get a reservation for the cabins anymore. I miss the reserve USA website days prob back around 2009/2010ish? My hubby and I were able stay twice because they used to offer walk up reservations. Anywho this beach is okay but nothing to write home about. It's very small and it used to be cool cos it had like trees and other scrubs, cos of the creek that ends there. I have heard of the hot springs here but I think there was a landslide or something to that effect which made them even less likely to be found or so. This beach is only really worth going to of your...
