The workout circuit is designed for senior citizens in mind. They have a metal ramp as one station, which could have just been exercised via walking up a grass hill. (I could have saved you $1000 minimal just for that). Another station is Thai chi hand rotations wheels. Again, something that should have been exercised just in air. "Wax on wax off"
The pull up station does not have an assisted weight bar. So only people who can do full pull ups are able to use it. (NOT MANY SENIOR CITIZENS CAN DO A FULL BODY WEIGHT PULL UP) this makes me !MAD! with whomever researched the neighborhood, and the appropriate equipment / circuit stations to have there! Sorry to say But TOSA just blew your tax money on garbage, useless toys.

We enjoy the hikes up to the top of the hill and the many ways in which you can arrive at the top. We always check out the playground and, the exercise course and the meditation circle when we visit. This park is perfect for walking the trails and includes a great place to relax up above the hill (large rock formation seating)! Also, on the complete other side, get ready for a workout.
