Great park by lake Harriet. The park is well maintained and the landscaping is done somewhat professionally. It’s very busy on summer warm days. People look and look and look and maybe they are just bored killing time. No reason to look at roses over 2-3 hours. Overall the park and location is great. The parking is not easy. The main issue it’s that the road is one way and no parking spots near the Rose Garden. So you have to take parking spots few blocks way when you see these spots. Don’t wait to get closer because you can’t go back to these spots unless you want to take 30-60min drive to go all the way around the lake to locate these parking...
