I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bluntly Miramar. I hosted a party back in March and provided a $400 deposit, only to face continuous delays and excuses when attempting to obtain a refund.
Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the owner, Mark, and the manager, Tavia, I have been met with nothing but frustration and unfulfilled promises. Mark initially assured me that the refund would be processed within 3-5 business days, but when it failed to appear in my account, he conveniently shifted the blame to my bank, despite never encountering such issues with other merchants, even with my Navy Federal account.
I even took the initiative to visit Bluntly Miramar in person to address the matter calmly and directly, only to find neither Mark nor Tavia available. After leaving my contact information and party details, I was assured of a callback the following morning. However, it has been approximately three days, and I have yet to receive any form of communication.
While the venue itself is affordable and aesthetically pleasing, the lack of accountability and transparency regarding refund processes outweighs any positive aspects. Despite the commendable customer service provided by staff during the party, the headache and inconvenience of chasing after a mere deposit refund make the entire experience regrettable.

The service from the associates has become awful — they treat their customers with zero respect, don’t get back to you in a timely manner, and make no effort to accommodate when something goes wrong or needs fixing.
All of the knowledgeable, friendly employees who actually understood the products are gone, replaced by associates who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Most of the time, you’re met with blank stares instead of helpful answers.
Now it’s obvious why all the good employees left — we’ve heard firsthand that management treats their staff just as poorly as they treat their customers. There service is impeccable, and knowledge of my needs are outstanding from any other smoke shop I've frequented. Now, with that being said, the prices are overrated, but the selection is better than most. The so-called "ladies' night" is weird and not at all worth it. The loudness of the dj they have for a small place like that is beyond me!
