Doug has provided the best service imaginable, given our previous experience of them putting a HOLE in our roof. His cameras are immaculately vivid while the app is easily navigated. We immensely appreciate how informative he was during installation. The positioning of each camera supercedes the term PERFECT!!! He always goes above and beyond with his customer service which is everything. You also receive a courtesy call just to make sure there aren't any issues that need to be resolved. Gentleman i delt with Doug, was supposed to be the owner.could be ...a little pricy which is ok for professional service. However, ive since had doug or his lovely workers back 3 times. Literally i have my very nice. Cameras turn off, and coinsidently this guy calls offering a service call AND. SERVICE Plan .lol after speaking to a friend that reffered doug..same thing happened to them. Guy is a con artist!! Come to find out hes done this to more than 2-3 people. If you like having a con man secure your family or homeless guys drinking while they install "security" hire my store your store! Mr.Doug will give you just that. Speak with other clients before hiring...and if you go forward id recommend cash. Never felt so unsecure until hiring the security guys. May god be our protection because the guy you paid to keep you safe is your biggest threat. Gotta love...
