I would give 0 star, for the level of customer service. I called in to discuss my service and and what other option were avaialble. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for an hour; I kept being put into a holding queue and then hung up on. I'd call back and the same thing, 4 times.
My representative has a gmail account, which was confusing as that feels like a persona email address and not a company one. Concerned, at this point I felt like cancelling a service that supposed to be about security.
I finally got a hold of my reprenstative, who was incredibly rude - interrupting me when I tried to speak, snapping at me, telling me I had only JUST left a message (when yes, I had just left a message, when given the opportunity after multple failed attempts to make contact to only be hung up on after waiting in line. Their machine kept teling me I'm No 2. or No. 1 in line and then would hang up).
My representative was incredible defensive towards me and I hadn't even had a chance to speak. I calmly tolder her she was being agressive and to please allow me to speak.
Perhaps there were things going on with her personally, but I the attitude unacceptable and nothing was resolved. I hope she has a better week.
UPDATE: Regarding the company's response: I only wanted to cancel AFTER I was unable to get through to anyone. My mesage did not say I wanted to cancel. I asked to be called back. I had other questions. Staying on hold I get (most company's have you wait), but while I'm on hold for a long time and then the line goes out (multiple times), plus the gmail account, it started to feel sketchy. I was feeling like this wasn't legit and to cancel.
Your rep DID call me back WITH an attitude (raising her voice, interrupting me, overall being rude). Basically, this company just told me: "Rudeness to our customers is a core value".
