Printing is generally good but faxing felt expensive (more $2 per page) and there is no posted pricing (which is inconvenient). When faxing, the man who helped me kept miscounting the pages, he then faxed the papers, and I found out the pricing when he rang me up at which time I was shocking at the overall cost. He informed me then that the number I was faxing to was a long distance number which was a larger cost -- again, I did not know this. He did not seem to be well versed in what he was doing and was a bit bumbling but was trying to lend a hand to printing services so I don't know if this is the normal way things are done. A simple fix would be to list pricing up on the signs over the printing services area. If they are in the area -- bring the signage to an area that is more obvious for customers.

Read moreI have been waiting awhile to make a review. Im a very patient and understanding person, but the way some employees act is so sad. The employees here are SO RUDE for no reason. They act like a customer needing help or having a question is the end of the world. Isn't that a part of the job though? The way they give sarcastic answers or deeply exhale if you need something repeated is so childish. Leave your issues at home...you're at work. There's been more than 2 occasions where I've had poor interactions with the employees. Just got off the phone with someone named Josh, I needed to get some info on their shredding services and he sounded so annoyed by it. I returned the printer and talked with Bryan about my options, refund, exchange, etc. Office Max has a store policy of returns within 14 days only but Bryan could tell the printer was clearly defective.
