Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Moline

Our waitress, Miranda, was polite, BUT it took an hour to receive our meal (we only ordered salad)! Then, we had to ask another waitress about it because ours never came back. Finally, got our salads and she asked how it was right after bringing it to us but never came back to check on us during our meal (almost 30mins). When she finally came back I asked for a box and the bill: Didn't see her again for another 10 minutes. I finally went up to the front to ask for a box and bill. Miranda was literally just standing up front looking around. I could understand if they were busy or she was busy but there were very few customers and she was just standing there doing nothing. So after wasting almost 2hrs there FOR SALAD we had to go find her again to pay the bill because she didn't come back to pick up our payment. I have always been a big tipper, but I can honestly say this is the very first time I've been anywhere and only left the change and wouldn't even have done that but I didn't want to wait another 'who knows how long' for her to come back with it. Where to begin?

The past 4 times I have been there the wings have come out cold. It's like they microwaved it after sitting in the fridge and then dumped a bunch of sauce on it. For a place with "wings" in the name you would think they'd put a better effort on cooking them.

The waiters always argue with me on how many different types of sauce they are allowed to out on the wings. For 12 wings I should get at least 3 but they always say two. It used to be you could choose but it sounds like the franchise owner changed the rules awhile back. Just dumb.

As if the first two weren't enough the waiter last time forgot to bring ranch, the staple of dipping sauce. I had to wait 10 minutes before he came back around to ask for it again and then another 5 minutes for him to bring back exactly one tiny cup for 12 wings. There were quite a few empty tables around me so it's ridiculous it took that long.

Went on a Saturday mid afternoon; only 8 tables of customers. Waitress was prompt up until bringing our bill; we sat approx 10 minutes after eating waiting. Then once we got the bill she never came back so we went to the front to pay. And even then it took awhile. But that wasn't the worst. The worst was our wings. They were dry and barely warm, like room temperature, like they were leftovers warmed up then sat for an hour then served. And no one asked how are food was. It was a bad experience. And like I said, the place was dead, 8 tables, and no one could bring the bill or ring is up in a timely manner OR make fressh, hot, wings ? Or ask how our food was ? Not going back.
