Loved the atmosphere, well worth the drive, better than anything we got down here in Ohio. By far was the biggest dispensary, me personally I’ve ever been in. So much faster with checkins, especially it being my first time. Hospitality is top tier, from the moment you get to the check in counter. My bud tender Hunter was passionate, and enthusiastic as I was! Walked me through everything thoroughly, even helped me optimize the most that I could get while there. Gave me some great product recommendations that I never even knew of, that let me just say swept me off my feet after I got home. I came for a haul and I got one. Don’t pass up on this lovely dispensary, you will come for what you wanted and some. People of every kind in there, all coming together for a common purpose, a common thing all shared, that is the passion and love for the culture of responsible, safe consumption of such a fascinating, intricate, delicate plant. Used for so many beneficial things, especially medical. This is why we need perfect institutions like URB to keep and preserve a safe environment to get from that is trusted and reliable, and it maintains our right as adult members of society to partake and get such a thing that can help our lives. Previously went here prior to today and didn't have the best experience. The establishment responded to my previous review which was great and all for sure. Let's just see if it all added up. So I decided to give it another try and it went very well. They price matched as advertised and it wasn't a small order to fulfill with the price match. I'm pretty sure my tender at the online check out was Collin? If so, great customer service and relates to you on your level, not his. His manager, great customer service also. Idk his name. I'm pretty sure he pulled my order maybe Trent now that I recall. Either way, I wasn't sure what to expect going in today. I didn't talk to them after my previous review, I didn't call, nothing. They said they live up to a certain Standard so I challenged it by just going and seeing if it would've been different. It was. To the owner, you have a great staff. I'm not sure what happened during my first experience but maybe someone had a bad day but with you responding just to the review only, gave me that trust to try you again. I commend the rebound. Thank your staff. They deserve it.

Read moreWe came in last night and were in the doors around 9:30 PM. Our bud tender Jordan (a tall gentleman in a gray hoodie) seemed very upset to help us. He wouldn't answer any questions. His favorite response besides a literal shoulder shrug was that he doesn't smoke, he doesn't know and ALL the flower "was all the same." He would not show us the full flavor range of the Platinum vape carts. He pointed out more than once that he had been there since 8:30 am. We felt very rushed and like we were burdens to him. He seemed very irritated that he had to help us. All he wanted to seem to do was push us out the door as fast as possible. He would not even share his recommendations. We spent a total of around $450.00 dollars and would have spent a great deal more if we would have felt that we were appreciated as customers. We didn't even get a choice in a lot of product because he refused to show us other flavor/product options. We did not walk out with half of what we wanted or the flavors we wanted. This was an absolutely awful experience in terms of customer service. We have shopped here before and have always had a good experience. Not this time. We drove to URB as a special birthday trip.
