Taco Bell — Restaurant in Monroe Charter Township

I genuinely am curious where these 5 star reviews came from, or maybe these people are just from worse areas so this is considered "good" to them. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (I was watching clock, my kids were sitting in sun waiting) for them to make the car in front of me a $5 box. So when I pulled up to the window I asked "how much longer do you think you guys have left on my order?" And was responded with an attitude and "Its being worked on-- I'll go get a manager. You need a manager???" So I said sure, get a manager. Manager was too lazy to come to window so I had to continue to conversate with the woman on "something" at the window, reiterated how I wasn't trying to be rude I just wanted to know how long it would be because my kids were sitting in direct sunlight for 30 minutes for an order 1/4 as big as mine. I was again given an attitude and "it's being made, or you can just pull off". So I did. I'm not gonna be belittled for asking how long it'll take for my food when it clearly takes this taco bell 30 TIMES the amount of time any other I've ever been to. There was nobody inside ordering food so there's literally no excuse other than how poorly this location is ran. Ontop of all that, the prices are absurd. $2 for a cheese roll is laughable, so to wait an hour for your meal and get attitude from a crack head is just not worth even going to. This taco bell is why I don't live in Monroe, straight ghetto and everybody working everywhere is high...

Went through the drive through and ordered a supreme luxe box, also ordered a burrito and a taco supreme. They had us pull around to the front to wait on our order. They bring us the box but not the other food so we say something. She says something to those inside and tells us the other food is also in the box. I open it and only the other burrito was in it but she had walked in already. My husband then drove around the building and drove back to the window as the other cars were still ordering. Worker opens window and my husband says you forgot my taco supreme and she rudely tells him that he should not have jumped in front of the other cars. Really?? He explains that we shouldn’t have to wait behind 4 more cars as we already ordered. Again she got rude and tells us to pull up, no apology no nothing, just RUDE!!! Got the rest of our order and by time we got back the food was soggy but yet we were expected to wait behind 4 other cars!!! Your employees need to be retrained!! Shame on the rudeness and complete lack of acknowledgement that they screwed up our order and were...

My boyfriend and I eat breakfast almost every morning from taco bell same thing every time, we went to our usual spot on telegraph Rd and it was closed for remodeling ok no problem we will drive across town because it's only 10:15am ok get to the other side of town at this location on laplaisance Rd at 10:30am get to the drive threw and get hit with the "Uuh..we don't have any breakfast. ." My boyfriend replied with oh I'm sorry I thought you serve breakfast until 11am? The worker said "uuh well yeah we do but we ran out and it takes over a half of and hour to cook them..." now correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't they have stuff for (steak crunch wraps) cooking and ready for lunch? The only thing different is a hash brown and some scrambled eggs! Last I checked it doesn't take "over a half hour to cook" if I could I would give them 0 stars on customer service, the other taco bell would get 5 stars I've gotten there at 10:45 am and even later but before 11am and they...
