Halloween Club - Temporarily Closed — Attraction in Montebello

Came here to get costumes for our sons, we purchased a very cute turantula costume they had only two available one was open the other was not so obviously we purchased the sealed one, they were having a sale and costumes weren't that expensive. Upon getting home we open it and find out its missing the hat which is the eyes of the spider I was very disappointed because they would not exchange even though they NO SIGN INDICATING THIS COSTUME WAS MISSING A BIG PART OF THE COSTUME. If we would have known that we wouldn't have purchased it, they SHOULD have mentioned that when we asled about the price otherwise how are ppl supposed to know, when they get home? I'm still disappointed and I hate this store for that and its rude unhelpful employees and management...

They are going out of business and basically selling junk! Sales representatives are not helpful and don't know anything. They are selling portable speakers as is. They claim they work and are just missing the power cord. I purchased a pos speaker, charged it overnight and it does nothing, power does not even come on. I guess you get what you pay for.

Called and spoke with the manager who confirmed herself that they are "just missing the power cord" um no they are missing more like the power!! Nevertheless, because they are as is they can't be exchanged.

Terrible. We asked an employee about a certain item and you got " No, wet don't have it here", only for another employee to answer " Yes, it's in aisle 3". It happened twice same visit and different items and employees. Looks like half their staff has no clue what they sell at the store they work at. Also, big chance you like a custom and take it to fitting room only to discover that it's missing a piece and it's the last one of its size. You wonder why the place is closing down? Poor management can only survive for so long nowadays. People have...
