I have absolutely nothing to complain about this restaurant's foods. 10 out of 10 about the foods. I'M TELLING ABOUT THE ATTITUDE OF THE SERVER. I placed DoorDash order and my order was NOT READY for over 1hr. I called the restaurant and the server said someone stole my food. When she found out my food was stolen, she should have called DoorDash customer service or notified me or found a solution to something. I just had to wait and if I hadn't called, I would have had to wait a long time 2, 3, or 4rs? She didn't apologize at all on the phone and didn't make a cancelation the DoorDash app even tho she knew someone had taken my food. The Dashers were still changing and waiting outside until my food was ready. She had to call customer service to cancel the order. When I asked her to just make my food again and give my food to the waiting Dasher, she just told me to reorder since my food had already been made and someone had already taken it. Is it right for her to make a mistake and for me to make up her mistake myself? I had to reorder, which also had a long delay again, the restaurant didn't answer the phone during that time, and the food arrived cold. There was no apology and her attitude was very arrogant. She was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. She said her name was Patricia but I couldn't tell if that was her real name. I was very disappointed with the service from the lady who answered the phone at 2909 Supply Ave on 6/27 at 1:20pm to 2:20pm. She treated the customers as if she was just an employee and not the owner and it didn't matter what happened to the restaurant. I will never order from this location again. Don’t let your eyes be bigger than your stomach, portions are MASSIVE!

Food was great! I’m a picky eater, but they have so many different options it was easy to pick. Plus they can easily take off something if you ask (i asked for the bacon on the side which was no problem!). We didn’t see any ketchup but all you have to do is ask. They have packets in the back + a spicy ketchup that I think they make! Here are the deets regarding the food: Dogs: DUI, Snoop, and House graced our table. I personally had the veggie as a House since I don’t eat meat and LOVED it. My bf tried it and said it’s good and he’s not a big fan of veggie options. PS get the lobster roll, it’s like Texas toast! Fries: so many options! We got the Carne asada, DUI, Filthy fries. TBH I would even order the fries plain because they were so good. The Filthy fries were a tiny bit spicy for me, but to give you context, I can’t take black pepper. Corn: we got the elote. I’d say they were v good, transparently I’ve never had elote before so they were perfect. My bf said “eh ok”. So maybe try the cup? Tacos: BOMB. Enough said. Dessert: order the deep fried Oreos for the horchata whipped cream. I took my fork and ate that straight no shame. Quick service, smelled bomb, and be ready to eat messy!
