Do Not take your device to this place!
This is the worst repair place I have ever been to. Here are my experiences:
First, I took my phone in for repair. They couldn't identify the problem and took two weeks to figure it out. They never called to inform me that my phone was ready (because they couldn't repair it). It turned out the issue was a simple battery replacement, which I did myself and fixed the phone.
Second, I took my iPad in for a battery replacement to improve its battery life. They told me it would be ready the next day. I went back two days later after making several calls to check on the status, but when I arrived, they told me it wasn't ready. They claimed they never promised it would be ready the next day and said they would call me when it was done. Five days passed without a call. I had to visit the store again because they didn't answer their phone. When I finally got my iPad back, the screen had weird spots, indicating they had damaged the LCD. They lied and said it was just alcohol used during the battery replacement. When I refused to accept my iPad in that condition, they offered to charge me half the price of the battery replacement. I declined since my iPad had been working fine before and I only wanted a longer-lasting battery.
After another week of no updates and broken promises to call, I received my iPad back with a new screen. However, it wasn't an original Apple screen, which disabled Face ID. The only solution is to use a certified Apple screen. They claimed they couldn't fix this issue, insisted it wasn't their fault, and even wanted to charge me more for the screen replacement they caused.
This place provides terrible customer service and lacks expertise. They try to manipulate you into believing they are not at fault and that they did nothing wrong. Take your device...
Read moreCracked iPad screen. Took it to them for repair, and it was $~150, which was about $100 cheaper than an Apple repair. They turned the repair around very quickly and the screen looked great. I soon realized after taking it home that the Home button was not clicking like it used to and it was much less responsive. They said they'd repair it and I took it back.
They said it was repaired the next day and I went back and the button was still not working well. They said they'd try again. Came back the next day when they said it was fixed and it was in just slightly better condition. Took the iPad home because figured they couldn't fix it better. I soon found that there was dust and debris under the screen. Took it back yet again and they said they'd clean it out. They did that and while my home button is still messed up, the screen looked a lot better.
A few days later, with minimal use and certainly no drops, their screen cracked all the way across... (by the way, their screen does not seem to have the oleophobic coating of the standard apple screen and gets dirty very easily). The one thing to their credit is that it seemed like they were open to trying to fix it as many times as I wanted. At this point though, I can't trust their work quality and with a crack in the screen they could claim that I broke it. I went there at least five times and my iPad screen is still broken and my home button is messed up, when there wasn't a problem with it before. I can't take it back a sixth time and expect something else.

Please talk to the Montgomry Mall Security staff to confirm what I am saying. We were looking to file a complaint or a police report and we were shocked to learn from mall security staff that lot of clients have had complaints/problems with the service provided by this store. We were given a refurbished/damaged part for a full price . Spent close to $400 in part and labor and our problem kept coming back. They asked us to leave our computer with them saying maybe there is a loose connection, only to come back and find that there was a crack in the screen. I am not kidding the crack was not there before at all ! So basically they fixed our computer using a bad part and then blamed it on us!! We were cheated in several ways. The main CellDoc people have not replied to our emails and they do not even have a customer service number. I am not going to let my 19 year old sons hard earned money go waste. With the help of the mall staff I am going to collect enough witnesses/proof and pursue this matter till I get...
