So first of all I want to note that I bypass several other grocery stores to come to this one in particular. It is a little out of my way, and not really convenient when I just need to pick up a few things, but it's worth it! There are so many things that make me come to this location. First off, the parking lot is always clean and shopping carts are not all over the place. There isn't trash or homeless people loitering around or people living in their cars that are parked in the parking lot making the shopping center look run down. I just feel safer coming here for sure. I love that every time I come into the store the security guard greets me. Sometimes its just the little things. The store is always clean and well stocked, and if I can't find something the clerks always seem to be willing to help find it. I remember during the crazy busy holiday time I needed something specific and you could tell they were in the middle of restocking the shelves but not what I needed, so when I asked one of the clerks if they had anymore in the back, the guy (I wish I remembered his name, only that he was wearing a super fun holiday sweater that looked like a toy soldier) he was so sweet and he went on a mission looking for the rolls I needed even though the store was so busy and there was so much going on. I couldn't believe it and he was so nice and cheerful about it. I feel like I will always remember that experience. I guess I can say that experience outweighs convenience for me and I really appreciate the experience that this Stater Bros. provides me. I...
Read moreI love this Stater Bros. I love the staff. Most of them are always friendly (you have a few who are NEVER happy and are sometimes quite rude). Always helpful, ready to find items that I can't find or can't reach (I have to use the electric handicapped cart). When something essential is out of stock, the managers are always there to order it for you, if possible. I've been shopping here since they opened and MUCH prefer it to the store on Iris. My only issue is the quality of the bakery. They were great when they first opened, but over the years their service and quality have gone downhill. I have ordered my grandchildren's birthday cakes here since they opened, but the last two I got were not made correctly. The last cake I ordered that I picked up on October 11, 2020, was horrendously wrong. It was my grandson's birthday, however, and since it was an ice cream cake that he specifically asked for, I could not just refuse it and pick another. I cried from the store to home. He loved it, after I made some adjustments to the decorations, and we dealt with it. I will not be ordering my cakes here...
Read moreStater Bros. Markets has some of the best fried chicken around! The price is unbeatable for the quality you get—crispy, flavorful, and always fresh. I’ve tried fried chicken from plenty of places, but Stater Bros. consistently delivers a great balance of crunch and juiciness. It’s my go-to for a quick meal or a family gathering without breaking the bank.
On top of that, the bag helpers here are fantastic! They’re always smiling and make the checkout experience even better. It’s small details like this that make shopping here such a pleasant experience.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the tall security guard at this location. One time, my wife had a bad feeling about someone in the parking lot, and he went out of his way to walk her to her car to make sure she felt safe. That kind of care and attention is rare, and it speaks volumes about the people who work here.
Great food, great service, and a safe shopping...
