Kitchell Pond Picnic Area, Loantaka Brook Reservation — Attraction in Morris Township

I've been coming here since my parents would stroll me through the park. I loved it then and continue to love how peaceful it is today. Plenty of parking on sight, different areas to relax, walk, run and bike ride! I plan to roller skate here soon to test out the paved paths. Great place for a picnic, date, lunch, and exercises. Very nice park overall. There is a very well maintained paved walking trail that is more than long enough. Unfortunately for some reason the restrooms are locked, making the only thing available to be the port-o-potties. Yuck!

Nice local park, with a ball field and a lake. There's a nature trail that runs through it, so if you're looking for a few miles to run or bike, you can get it.
