Mega Pawn — Attraction in Morrisville

I’m not one to write reviews “let alone bad ones” but if I could have given it zero stars I would have.. All younger very arrogant combative employees with attitudes ready to argue at the drop of a dime. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with before. Save your self the head ache and just drive to another pawn shop or ffl. I’d rather drive two hours away then ever step foot in that establishment again. Had a rifle shipped there, they couldn’t find the magazine telling me it didn’t come with one.. after I put up a fuss an employee goes in the back and finds it.. had a pistol lower shipped there on a separate occasion, they never received it after it was marked as delivered, it was left out front in a non locked mail box. Finally I come in to pick up a pistol on this finale occasion and they had me fill out my ffl transfer on my mobile phone. I told the employee that my mobile phone wasn’t working with the application and that I was getting frustrated.. I then requested that he print the form out instead to get me on my way and he refused to the point of telling me he was going to throw me out lol worst part is he told me he prints the forms out for older customers since they have trouble with the app.. so since I’m a younger guy.. moral of the story stay away from this place and these guys.. horrible experience every time I’ve...

Very disappointing and very confusing visit to this pawn shop. I left scratching my head wondering what the hell just happened? I went in 5:40 and was pretty much told they are not buying anything. I have never been to a pawn shop and I explained that I was really needing to gather money fast since my dog is needing tests and is really in bad shape. I had a lot of stuff that I thought would be able to sell in a pawn shop. I definitely wouldn't want to waste anybody's or my time. I felt like I had 10 heads when I walked in. The guy that was informing me that they closed their till at 5:30 couldn't even give me any answers., Like should I go back another time. are you just not interested in what I broughht in? Another guy walked in after me and was helped right away and I left more confused then ever? I thought pawn shops were supposed to buy stuff? This was probably the worst experience I had to ever go through. I do wanna say though that the guy was nice to me and I wasn't treated bad. This is the first time I’ve ever walked into a pawn shop. I have to say the experience was beyond what I expected. First they buzz you in. That was nice just knowing they monitor who’s coming and going. As I walked in, I was greeted by the staff. The young lady asked me what I needed help with. I told her I was there to sell some designer bags and she happily took me to the other counter and helped me. She examined the merchandise thoroughly and did some online research while I waited a few minutes. She made me an offer and I accepted it. I did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of at all. She offered me a lot of information and even suggested that I try to sell them online (which I already tried) to get more money.
