Gave it another try a couple months ago and was significantly better. The offensive bartender was not there at the time, not sure if she still works there. But the servers were nice and tried hard. But once again the drinks took very long to arrive (like 15-20 mins after order).

The musical act there was Cara Cartney who was phenomenal. Close your eyes and it could have been Alanis Morissette or whatever other artist she was covering. Would recommend you see her there or wherever else she is playing in the Northern Philly area. She gets 5 stars.

Quite a bummer to have to post a review like this, not my style but need to provide a warning.

Visited with some friends on Friday, February 24, 2023. Let me say that I love the venue, the general vibe, the craft cocktail menu is great and the drink are well made (if you can get one). There was also a music duo and sorry I did not catch their names, couple of local teachers, but they were great. Lots of energy.

Unfortunately, the service was horrendous. It was not just the time to took to get served but the way we were treated. We were seated at the bar so had a front row seat to the action. The main bartender (did not get her name but she is in some of the posted pictures, brunette) was swamped and not sure others were helping much. One of our party had inquired about ordering a drink and she said "give me a minute", not very kindly, no please, but again she looked swamped, so another 10 minutes go by as we waited patiently and he inquired again and got the same response, again very curt. OK, so we were chatting among our friends for a bit and after 30 minutes I approached and got the same response again. I then brought to her attention that we had been waiting 30 minutes and she very clearly and directly told our party in a loud voice that we were free to leave if we did not like the service. In fact, she encouraged us to leave. Wow! Just a bad day I hope but it's not OK to treat customers this way, and it's not like we were being belligerent or unreasonable. That's not how our group rolls.

I see some of the reviews saying how good the service is. The rest of the staff appeared to be pleasant enough, but honestly I think they were walking on eggshells around her too. Hope this feedback provides a word of caution to others and can help management...
