Beat out Villa Rosa for me for the best pizza in Lower Bucks. The thin crust Sicilian tomato pie was great, a notch below Papa's Tomato Pies in Robbinsville but a good step above Bertucci's. The regular plain tomato pie was to my taste the best in Lower Bucks at least. Third on my list of pizza within 45 min. of Yardley behind Pizzeria Nonna and Papa's Tomato Pies. If you live near Morrisville, I don't think you can do better, closer.
The sauce was flavorful, the crust was the perfect density and not overly thick, thin but not a cracker, the cheese was high quality and didn't leave an unpleasant oil taste. My one issue, if you could call it that were a few tomato skin bits in the sauce. I know that most decent places import canned or jarred Maranzano tomatoes and some have skins, or bits of skin left. Still tomato skins are pretty obnoxious in pizza sauce, at least to me.
For the area this is the best tasting pizza you can get. The restaurant also smells heavenly so I wouldn't shy away from trying Italian entrées.
Edit: Gotta bump this place up a star, super consistent great pizza. Plus I tried a Stromboli, and the quality of every ingredient is just top notch. Delicious, consistently great pizza/boli. This has become my one and...

Read moreI stopped on a rainy Friday night for a couple of slices of I was on my way to an event didn't have much time was not planning to eat in the restaurant. It was a very busy time and there were few people waiting in the corridor to be seated and for take out food. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they accommodated everyone. Decor is quaint, the employees are friendly, and the service was fast. I saw a couple having glass of wine with their food. And the table had a candle on it. And I thought to myself a cute little date night. I ordered a flatbread sausage and a plain slice. Pizza with fresh and hot the crust was Krispy just the way I like it. I will definitely come back to try the eggplant parmesan I heard a customer rave high...
