FINALLY got to try the coffee at 21 Locks Brewing and it did NOT disappoint!! First, it is so spacious and there is tons of room to spread out and hang, or work remotely. The kitchen was open for food too, or you could grab some of their super awesome beer! I wanted to try everything (hoping they develop some kind of coffee flight!) but I opted for a lavender drip, which was so smooth and delicious! I also decided to try a sparkling espresso .. .cause I've never heard of it before lol Basically it's coffee and seltzer poured over ice, but the bubbles and coffee flavor are so freaking cool!!!! There are a few things on the specialty menu I still need to try, so I'll be heading back over this week. I believe their hours are still evolving but they're open until 7pm for coffee (later for beer/food) on Friday and Saturday.

21 Locks cafe is a great addition to Morrisville. The lattes are delicious and I love the simplicity of the cinnamon butter on sourdough toast. Free WiFi, good vibes. Great place to study or work or catch up with friends.
